Choi Jin-Hyeok (Kim Byung-Chul) is a successful lawyer at a large law firm. He is married to Ha Eun-Joo (Yoon Se-Ah) and they have an adopted daughter Choi Sun-Hui (Park Ju-Hyun). He is faithful to his family. Ha Eun-Joo used to be a neuropsychiatric specialist, but, due to trauma from an unexpected accident, she quit her job.
